In Jesus Christ — Relationship
You are invited — like a phone call from a dear friend
"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."— 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
At a café, a woman talked with her friend on the phone for two and a half hours — and still ended with, "Let's meet tomorrow and talk more!" A good relationship makes time fly. Joy, prayer, and thanksgiving are not rules. They are a relationship.
Joy is the temperature of a relationshipIt comes not from circumstances, but from being loved by God.
Prayer is the breathing of a relationshipNot a duty — an unending conversation with the One who loves you.
The farthest journey is not measured in milesWith a distant heart, two hours feel like twenty-four. God wants to be close to you.
